At RB Global, we believe strong communities create long-term impact. Through charitable giving, sponsorships, and employee volunteerism, we support initiatives that strengthen the communities where we live and work.
2025 Impact: More than $2 million in charitable contributions and sponsorships.
Our Core Areas of Focus Include:
- Hurricane relief: $10,000 donated to each of two hard-hit regions where we operate, Asheville, NC and Central Florida, supporting food, shelter, and recovery efforts.
- Onsite job fairs: 40 fairs held across RB Global brands in 2024, resulting in 87 job offers. One RB Financial Services fair saw all 6 hires promoted after meeting their targets.
- Elevate Coweta: high school students near Atlanta spent a day shadowing RB Global staff, building career awareness and workforce readiness, this is the program the site's old "Workforce Readiness" bullet was really describing.
- Employee volunteering: our People Team supported CityReach Care Society in Vancouver, Project C.U.R.E's medical supply drives, and the Westchester Food Pantry near our headquarters.
